Cafézazo
Digital platform for Córdoba's specialty coffee fair, with schedule, interactive map, exhibitors and a personal agenda.

The challenge
Cafézazo is the specialty coffee fair of Córdoba, Argentina: it brings together coffee shops, roasters, food, talks, workshops, competitions and live music. An event like this needs much more than an information page: attendees need to plan their visit, find every stand on the grounds and sign up for limited-capacity activities, and the organizers need to bring in exhibitors and sponsors between editions.
The solution
I built a mobile-first web platform, since that is how people use it during the fair:
- Full schedule of talks, workshops, cuppings and competitions, with times, room, capacity and status for each activity.
- Mi Cafézazo: a personal agenda to save favorite activities, with no account needed.
- Interactive map of the grounds to find every stand, stage and service, with an exhibitor search.
- Exhibitor directory (coffee shops, roasters, food trucks and more), each with its own page.
- Digital passport: attendees collect stamps and unlock challenges as they walk the fair.
- Exhibitor portal: a private area where each brand manages its profile, credentials and logistics.
- Applications for exhibitors and sponsors, a partner coffee shop circuit, press, gallery and an archive of past editions.
- Countdown and an option to save the event to your calendar.
My role
Full design and development of the platform: information architecture, interface, accessible components with Radix UI, development in Next.js and deployment on Vercel.
Outcome
The fair has its own platform for the whole event cycle: promotion before each edition, tools to get around during the two days, and exhibitor and sponsor management between editions.
