Patitas del Sur

The challenge

Patitas del Sur kept its historical adoption records in Google Drive spreadsheets, which made them hard to search, keep organized and protect.

The solution

I designed and built a custom web platform and migrated those records to a relational database on Supabase (PostgreSQL), with a data model designed to scale.

Security

I implemented strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies so each user can only access the information they are allowed to see.

My role

I handled the platform design, data modeling, migration of the records from the spreadsheets, and development.

Outcome

Adoption records are no longer scattered across spreadsheets: they now live in an organized database, with faster searches and controlled access.
